1: Turffield Gym 
The leader of Turffeild Gym is known as Milo, and all trainers of this Gym are equipped with Grass Type Pokemon. In order to get into the stadium, you must gather a Fire Type Pokemon which is quite easy to collect especially if you select starter as Scorbunny in the game.

2: Hulburry Gym
This Gym is a Water Gym, and it comes as the second Gym in your way, which means you have to be ready with a Grass or Electric Type Pokémon to beat the trainers of this Gym. The other Pokémon will be less effective against the challenger called Nessa and her crew. You will also be introduced to a puzzle before meeting Nessa, and without solving that thing, you aren’t getting her.
You will have to walk across the Gym, and hit the switches in the sequence given below-

3: Motostoke Gym 
The leader here is known as Kabu, and he and his team will use the Fire Type Pokémon against you. In order to face him, you have to Gym Number three in your Challenge journey. You have to bring Rock, Water, and Ground Type Pokémon along with you if you want to beat him effortlessly.

4: Stow-on-Side Gym in Pokémon Sword 
You will have to face up againstthe mighty leader called Bea, and she will carry Fighting Type Pokémon to fight you. You will have to slide down a slope and then quickly move towards either left or right to dodge the attacks from enemy Pokémon. Then quickly rain punching gloves upon the enemy to get them on our knees.

Galarian Corsola aka Cursola – Lv: 35

5: Ballonlea Gym 
In the Ballonlea Gym, the main contender is Opal, who is tremendously powerful, and you have to prepare well before meeting face to face. You have to carry Poison or Psychic Type Pokemon against this contender. You should also consider the Type of Pokemon Opal is going to use against you since it can vary.
