How to Record a FaceTime Call

Facetime helps people to keep in contact in a way other than texting or messaging with messaging apps. There will be many times when the user will find beneficial to record a Facetime call. Record a FaceTime call on iPhone
If the user wants to record a FaceTime call, then they can follow the provided steps:
  1. Swipe up from the bottom to access the Control centre.
  2. Select the screen recording icon that appears like a duo of white circles.
  3. Click on the screen recording option.
  4. Then it will start recording in 3 seconds.
If the user is unable to find the screen recording icon in Control Center, then they have to enable screen recording:
  1. Go to the Settings and then Control Center.
  2. Choose Customize Controls.
  3. Scroll to Screen Recording and choose the green Add icon.
  4. When it’s done, repeat the above process for screen recording.
Record a FaceTime call on Mac
  1. Go to QuickTime from Applications.
  2. Choose File and New Screen Recording.
  3. Choose the down arrow next to the record button within QuickTime.
  4. Then tap on internal Microphone.
  5. Go to FaceTime to place your call.
  6. Choose QuickTime to select the full screen or draw to select a portion of the screen.
  7. Tap on stop recording when it’s done.
  8. Choose File within QuickTime and Save.
  9. Add a name to your recording and select where you desire to save it.
  10. Tap on Save.
Recording FaceTime Calls
Every country has own laws of recording calls. Some states require both party consent to record any call and various other states do not involve any consent to record any calls. It’s a good manner if the users alert the other party that they are recording the call.
